superstring theory & dimensions

Superstring Theory holds that the nature of matter and energy are determined by vibrating strings that exist at the subatomic level.

That matter and energy are manifest based on the vibrational frequencies of the strings.
(Maybe reality is not as solid as we had originally been taught.)

That it is these strings that are the determining factor of the creation of matter and energy (reality) out of the quantum foam.

String theory also states that there are ten dimensions or more.

That crossing the boundaries of dimensions is accomplished by playing the strings at different frequencies.

That three dimensional reality is created by the rolling up or condensing of the "extra" dimensions
so that perceptually only three dimensions seem to exist.

That these other dimensions are separated by a thin membrane.

These other dimensions are sometimes referred to as hyperspace.
(Or perhaps do they mean to say, the boundries between these dimensions are hyperspace.)

Eastern philosophies state that it is Possible to break through the temporal reality and enter other realities.
(To cross the boundries of hyperspace.)
